Someone tried to call 911 at the restaurant, but the operator couldn't hear. The woman was still on the floor in the bathroom when the medic arrived. The ambulance drove away slowly.

I have been waterijg them every fee days. I fed them sparingly. Everything that my gardening book says. I even tried talking to them. Should I let them live? What's the point they will just die a slow fruitless death

Jose just had this painted, or maybe it has been there forever. I just noticed it for the first time. It's incredibly disturbing to think that we have corrupted frogs to the extent that their natural diet of flies has been replaced by beef. Killer frogs. Jose just said that it was something to do with the greek playwright aristophanes. That, and the fact that his restaurant is called 'The Frog'. Well blame my Spanish.

Elsa came over and borrowed sugar. She wasn't wearing anything. I know she does this because she thinks she torments me. She is right. She does.

Project n. (prjkt, -kt). An unsatisfying human experience. E.g. Work project, school project, nuclear reactor project, rebuilding Iraq project.

Projects just aren't fun. That dog. I am compelled to do something. But perhaps something bad will happen. It is possible, he could be dangerous, he could have rabies. How long has he been there? Maybe he bit a child and his owner tied him there to die under the scorching sun. Would I be freeing a murderer only to have it attack me while I slept, eating my face and then slowly chewing on the rest of me as I scream, praying for a quick end to this agonizing death.
We need a new name for project. Something that you really want to do. Not something that you dread with anxiety and apprehension.

There is a dog trapped in the field across from my apartment. I saw him last night but didn't think he was in trouble. It seems like his paw in entangled in some wire. He is looking at me right now. He is staring. It looks like he is staring. He looks in in pain.

Amsterdam. Shirley sat and had a coffee with me before the train to Utrecht.
